Carl has enjoyed a career in Banking and Finance spanning over 35 years, retiring as a Senior Vice President of Bank of America with responsibilities for builder and consumer mortgage lending for the Southwest region of the United States.

Since retiring, Carl served as the managing partner of Consolidated Resource Partners, a Scottsdale consulting and management firm, established Arizona Veterans Supportive Services, a non-profit organization that provided housing, meals and training for homeless veterans in the Metro Phoenix area, and recruited for a coalition of  colleges and universities around the country, raising awareness regarding scholarships and advanced degree opportunities in the Education, Business and Healthcare fields.

Born and raised in San Francisco CA., Carl is a published author and lecturer. He earned his undergraduate degree from San Jose State and his advanced degree from San Francisco State.
